A congenital bronchopulmonary cyst associated with an anomalous artery.

Although bronchogenic cysts of the lungs are not very common, the widespread use of mass miniature radiography and check radiography of the chest is revealing more and more of such congenital anomalies. It may therefore be of advantage for radiographers and chest physicians to bear in mind this possibility in the differential diagnosis and appropriate treatment of such cases. The present case is of interest because there was also a widespread murmur over the chest due to an associated vascular anomaly.
